Swedish (and Danish) Speaking INSIDE SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The Role
You will proactively sell to and provide top quality customer service to Callaway Nordic accounts. You will need to meet and exceed sales and customer service targets and be able to up-sell and cross-sell to maximise retailer profitability. You will build and maintain rapport, understand customer’s needs and add value at every opportunity. Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
The Person
With 2 years customer service experience within a sales environment you must be able listen well, influence, problem solve and have the ability to adapt your communication style. You will be a team player with a calm and professional approach, articulate, dynamic, confident and enthusiastic. Either a passionate golfer or have experience of the industry.
