We’re building the world’s largest influencer network – want to make that happen with us? We’re now scaling our current influencer platform where 20k ambassadors reaches out to 500m followers – and we’re aiming at world domination within 6 months.

The Social Influencer Scout Team Leader Role:
We have a unique opportunity for an ambitious Team Leader to be ‘first in’ and quickly grow a team around them at one of the coolest companies on earth. Great people, sales and communication skills and experience with social media and promotion is strictly needed. The task is to build up London’s best influencer recruitment team starting with 5 people with no cap – where the team goal is to give away great value products to sign up influencers.
We have built a system around a tailored global network of brand ambassadors consisting of influential people from around the world. We are giving selected brands access to these influencers, and the influencers get access to products and payouts from these brands. The Ambassadors you will recruit and engage with are anything from famous and up-and-coming musicians, actors and athletes to bloggers and ‘cool kids’ in University. They exclusively promote the brand and lifestyle, complete missions and join events, and in return they earn commission, exclusive products and offers and the opportunity to share lifetime experiences. As an example 10 of our top Ambassadors last year went on an all-inclusive super-exclusive yacht trip in the Caribbean – and will this year as well.
About You:
You need to be clued up on social media marketing, have a voice that gets heard, exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion to be a part of our journey. Attitude is everything so you’ll be outgoing, super confident. Remuneration is performance based, so you need to be results oriented and not afraid to pick up the phone and put 110% in every day to get them.
We’re growing fast, so this is not a 1 – 3 year role. It’s a tough, challenging, yet extremely rewarding career opportunity with great future prospects for the right person.
