Position Summary
The position presents a special opportunity for an individual with experience in undertaking new business challenges, delivering commercial targets, developing and fostering client relationships through the integration of social determinants, and pitching proposals from Brands focused on building an affinity with the Gen Z audience in the Nordics. Collaborating with client direct, media agencies and affiliate networks, the Associate Partner will work alongside and report to our Chief Revenue Officer for the Nordics. He or she will be responsible for take-to-market www.stuk.co in all the Nordic markets within a two year period, as the leading Student AFFINITY Network: an enterprising, ground-breaking technology platform developed by Addreax for Brands to easily connect with GenZ’s to enhance Brand awareness while concurrently, significantly incrementing their sales and revenues.
The opportunity to work for Addreax with the Nordic market is unique. The Associate Partner will play a crucial role in further establishing our marketing ecosystem presence in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
The successful applicant will collaborate first-hand in Addreax’s market expansion, and be a contributing factor in engineering the scalability of the business in those regions.
Responsibilities
• Present the Addreax proposition as the number one Student AFFINITY Network to brand
marketers (client direct), affiliate networks and media agencies in the Nordic
• Increment and convey Addreax’s Brand Awareness and USP to the Nordic market
• Represent Addreax at industry events
• Outreach
• Be the eyes and ears of market variations, the competitive landscape and be in tune with the member demographic
• Satisfy Gen Z social advocacy goals by researching industry trends, demands and new brands
• Build and develop a new business opportunities pipeline from the ground up
• Support the Chief Revenue Officer Nordic with lucrative business opportunities
• Work towards your quarterly and annual sales target with the aim of overachieving it
• Sell a range of fixed-fee and Affiliate solutions in addition to the Brand Partnership deals via client direct (performance marketing) and affiliate partners
• Effectively navigate and connect with all relevant partner stakeholders internally and externally, including but not limited to full marketing team, financial controllers, management and media/creative agencies
• Champion the Nordic market internally whilst supporting other teams (marketing, commercial etc.). With your localised knowledge strive to improve the platform, marketing communication and penetration of Addreax in the markets
• Work closely with Customer Success to ensure the smooth onboarding of new partnerships, contracts, confirming we are delivering value to our partners and members
• Self-evaluate and measure your own performance and seek feedback for continuous improvement
Expectations and Requirements
• Ability to speak and write one Scandinavian Language as well as fluency in English

• Proven experience selling digital advertising solutions and affiliate partnerships is highly advantageous
