    We are a fast growing inventory company who works with some of UK’s largest letting agents, Relocation Agents and Housing Associations.

    We are expanding our inventory team and are searching for an additional inventory clerks to join us.

    Previous experience is not essential but preferable.

    The successful inventory clerks will be working a flexible five day week, from Monday to Saturday, but including Saturdays. The role will be covering all our client offices across London, and the successful inventory clerks will have a good command of written and spoken English, and have excellent time management and organisation skills.

    The role of the inventory clerk will include:

    *Visiting and inspecting residential properties.

    *Preparing reports on properties prior to, during, and after tenancies.

    *Reporting any damage, problems or issues.

    Suitable applicants will have:

    *Excellent communication skills

    *Be highly organised with an impressive attention to detail

    *Have excellent time management skills

    *Experience with TIM Reports

    There is opportunity to develop good client relationships with letting agents and also become an area Representative, leading a team.

    Weekday and weekend work is available and regular, with additional remuneration. Payment is on a pay-per-job/per hour basis, enabling the clerk to achieve at least the wage equivalent to the National Minimum Wage rate (invoicing and terms will be discussed).

    Clerks are sent a daily schedule outlining the details of the visits each day.

    Please note that this is a self-employed vacancy therefore clerks must have their own transport or the ability to provide other means of travel.
