    £18,000 pa (dependent on experience) plus un-capped commission – OTE £28,000

    Your primary role will be to maintain and develop relationships with Moccis existing customer base and to grow B2B sales by targeting both small independents and larger retailers within the UK and worldwide to achieve year on year growth in sales volumes, value and market share.
    Sales will be target driven, as agreed with your Director, and conducted primarily by phone supported by email and occasional face to face meetings with key clients and leads where appropriate. You will also be expected to attend trade shows from time to time.
    You will be an excellent communicator, personable and have a good telephone manner. You will be well organised, confident, self-motivated and resilient.
    Key areas of responsibility :

    •Maintain and develop good relationships with our all our accounts, particularly those responsible for our largest sales, setting tasks to keep in regular contact where appropriate. Keep clients and prospects up to date with new products, send samples (only larger accounts). Contact buyers to invite to shows when appropriate.

    •Identify, develop and close new business opportunities with larger retailers, setting tasks to keep in regular contact where appropriate. Find relevant buyer info, identify buying and seasonal product submission periods, sending new product samples where necessary. Contact buyers to invite to shows when appropriate.

    •Find additional sales opportunities within current clients and prospects who haven’t been contacted in above stages in an agreed order of priority.

    •Spend at least one day at each exhibition (typically 3-4 per year) to sell on the stand and meet with potential clients invited to the show.

    •Record all contacts from these shows and follow up all leads post-show.

    •Respond to sales enquiries received by phone, e-mail and via our web site.

    Required experience:
    •Wholesale Sales : 2 years
