    Nu soker vi en Store Manager till en ny butik i West End. Du maste vara en positiv people person men tidigare erfarenhet av retail, driva forsaljning och att leda ett team. Se nedan for var job description:

    Hours: 37.5 hours a week
    Salary: 20k-25k plus bonus (depending on experience)
    Knowledge of Swedish, Norwegian or Danish

    At SugarSin, we are passionate about sweets. We have a mission to be the ultimate candy experience and to bring people fabulous sweets that we source from all over Europe. We are looking for a Store Manager to run our new store that is opening soon in Central London.

    We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is sales oriented and fully committed. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work and grow with a small and fast growing company. You will be running the shop as if it was your own. You will also be working closely with our head office to come up with new product development and in store marketing campaigns.

    What you’ll be do doing:

    – Managing the day to day running of the shop in the most efficient and effective way

    – Leading, managing and training the shop team, including recruitment, development and coaching

    – Ensuring all staff are experts on our products, procedures values, standards, and working hard to achieve targets and to deliver our “SugarSin Experience” Customer Service

    – Driving forward sales and achieving company objectives

    – Maximise revenue opportunities and minimise costs at all time

    – Maintaining appropriate stock levels and ordering stock from suppliers

    – Ensuring and planning excellent visual merchandising

    – Responsible for rota, holidays and maintaining appropriate staff levels within budget

    – Delivering the highest possible standard of customer service

    – Banking and completing paperwork and reports for Head Office

    – Maintaining the security of the shop

    – Ensure all staff works after SugarSin’s standards and procedures

    – Maintain the highest level of food hygiene and cleanliness

    – On occasion, when considered appropriate you may be required to carry out other duties that fit within your strengths

    Who you are:

    You are confident, energetic, commercial and loves selling. An experienced People Manager and a natural role model that loves inspiring, coaching and leading small teams. You are independent, sociable and proactive. You love being on the shop floor interacting with our customers with authority and confidence. You have a good eye for detail and enthusiastically take ownership and initiative to further strengthen our brand presence and increase sales. You are very computer literate and have great knowledge of Excel and Photoshop.
