It’s Pleat is a friendly new café located in the H&M stores where consumers can leave the spinning world outside and relax in an inspiring and inviting atmosphere. Here you will find a range of healthy-ish on-the-go meals, top-ups, coffee, juices, snacks and treats – always with a planet-friendly food ethos and in line with the H&M philosophy of great value for money.
About the role:
As a Café Manager at It’s Pleat you will be in charge of daily operations, guaranteeing a no-hassle experience and an inspiring environment for our guests. By leading and coaching our team you reach sales goals and drive the team forward; together you reach great results.
Responsibilities:
- Team development and succession planning – making sure we have the right people in the right places.
- Planning and ordering of the stock.
- Follow up on routines for the business in all our systems.
- Make sure health and safety laws and regulations are being followed.
- Carry out sales campaigns/activities to boost sales.
- Manage the overall budget and KPIs.
Competence and experience:
- You have plenty of experience working in the field of service.
- You have leadership experience from cafés and/or restaurants.
- You have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
