The business we are recruiting for is an exciting new Fin-Tech start up based in London, that has been launched by a team of seasoned entrepreneurs from the tech industry. They bring a combination of unrivalled experience, cutting edge technology and an existing global infrastructure to support this new venture, which is based in their new London offices in Hammersmith, but focused on the Swedish market.
The group already have offices across numerous cities in Europe, delivering a range of services and solutions and this is their most recent and most exciting venture to date, tapping into a new and exciting business opportunity available to the general public, as a result of recent legislation and economic affairs.
We are looking to recruit a team of 20 dedicated Account Managers to join the rapidly growing Swedish team, where you will be working alongside the internal group marketing and lead generation business, who will provide you with warm, pre-qualified introductions to individuals actively seeking investment opportunities.
It is the role of the Account Manager to explain the company’s services and offerings and to build, maintain and develop the relationship with these Swedish private investors over time. Full training on the entire range of services and products will be given, alongside daily / weekly updates from market analysts that have been hired to assist you on a day to day basis.
Skills that Account Managers at all levels are expected to have:
Client & Account Management
- Build long term relationships with individual, private Swedish investors who are from various backgrounds.
- A comprehensive understanding of our products and services; key messages; key audiences; benefits etc – full training will be given.
- Be willing to go above and beyond for your clients to help them understand and take advantage of the opportunities available to them.
- Demonstrate your ability to understand and interpret any concerns relating to investment opportunities and find solutions to them (again, with full training and support).
Communication
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication in both Swedish and English.
- Demonstrate the ability to focus on your individual success, whilst creating a strong team atmosphere.
- Provide your line manager with regular updates demonstrating your ability to articulate progress.
Personality / Culture
- Hungry, ambitious and outgoing people tend to perform well in these roles.
- Whilst full training is given, the willingness to learn and develop must come from you.

Administration
- Ensure reporting and information for management is up to date and regular.
What we offer:
Salary: Starts at £25k
OTE: £50-70k
