Reporting to: Store Sales Manager

As a salesperson, you are the most important person to make sure this happens!
Responsibilities:
In the store, together with the team you:
• Initiate contact with the customer
• Interact with visitors and seek every opportunity to increase sales at all customer touchpoints enhancing the customer experience
• Combine a Customer First focus with store tasks
• Work actively with additional sales in all touchpoints such as the cash desk, fitting room, on the floor and other areas of interaction
• Work actively to reach both store common and individual goals
• Take an active part in developing own skills and performance, contributing to a good working environment
• Cooperates with all colleagues. Gives and receives feedback in a constructive way
• Acting according to Lindex values & steering documents
• Continuously improve working methods within the role
• Seek and share necessary information to reach the best results
