Job purpose summary:

The CRM Executive for Sweden will be part of the Nordic Team working with Expekt and Betclic brand, and is reporting to the Nordic CRM Operations Manager. The main responsibilities are to execute all the retention campaigns, keep the site up to date with relevant content and assist the Nordic CRM Operations Manager in analysing, plan and execute the Nordic operations.

You will be outgoing, appreciate challenges and be willing to take initiatives and drive ideas forward. To be organized and pay attention to details are a key skill to hold, as the tasks will be very diverse and involve everything from small quick tasks, to more time consuming and challenging projects.

 

Main duties:

  • Actively supporting execution of country CRM strategy
  • Monitoring and analysing the retention performance and main KPI’s and alerting any trend deviations to the Regional CRM Operations Manager
  • Producing editorial content
  • Adapting content to local audience
  • Copywriting and editing
  • Update the content on our website, blog and social media channels with relevant information for the market
  • Maintaining timely execution and quality excellence
  • KPI and ROI reports as requested by CRM Operations Manager
  • Execution of Email Marketing retention campaigns
  • Daily content quality checks

Requirements:

  • Education in Marketing is a plus
  • Good skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical mind set
  • Sports interested is a must
  • Previous experience within Online Gaming and/or Marketing is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Enjoys responsibility
  • Willing to take initiative
  • Excellent in writing and translating from English to Swedish
  • Excellent command of the English Language
