Research Contact Associate – Swedish, Finnish, English Speaking.
WCT have a part time home based vacancy within the Site Operations Management Department for a Swedish, Finnish and English speaking Research Contact Associate based ideally within travel distance of Nottingham UK but other UK locations and Sweden and Finland will be considered. This work will be largely self-managed and will involve some evening and weekend working.
Number of hours 10-15 per week.
Ongoing contract position.
SUMMARY: Is a trained interviewer who is part of the contact center staff who is a native speaker of the Swedish, Finnish language and a fluent speaker of the English language. The Research Contact Associate will be responsible for contacting a defined list of patients that are participating in a Clinical Trial. They will need to refer to trial Protocol requirements and procedures and collect necessary information from him/her, as defined, and transfer them into provided sheets which are then transmitted to the electronic data capture.
The successful person must speak fluent English and be a Swedish, Finnish language speaker of native level fluency. Candidates should be excellent communicators, customer focused and confident, able to work within a fast moving environment and will likely have experience of working in an area related to the conduct of clinical trials such as a Clinical Research Organization (CRO); healthcare role; nursing; medical or related scientific environment. They are likely to have a Life Sciences or related degree or equivalent or have excellent call center experience in a medical field.
