Mapa Research are an international market intelligence agency based in London, with offices in Sweden, Edinburgh and Australia. Mapa Research’s unique services simulate online and mobile banking experiences by mapping customer journeys for everything from current accounts, to credit cards, savings, mortgages, personal loans, SME banking and share dealing; for our impressive Client list of leaders and innovators in global banking.
Mapa Research are looking for a native Swedish speaking Consultant to join their dynamic London team.
About the role
You will be working on their core intelligence products and services; primarily through desk research, using a variety of sources, conference papers and primary thought leadership. You will also be part of the team servicing ad-hoc consultancy requests; building your profile in the sector through blogs, articles and client alerts.
You’ll also have a key role in supporting the management of Mapa’s Nordic bank accounts, used to produce the Nordic Digital Money Products and Services.
Skills & Experience
You’ll be an experienced researcher with native, fluent Swedish, and recent experience of online banking in Sweden.
You’ll also have:
- great research skills,
- excellent attention to detail,
- a passion for the digital money space and the ability to spot trends.
You will be based in London, but will spend time in the Nordics, and at our Swedish offices.
Experience in market intelligence within the retail banking sector is a plus.
