Purpose of the role
Vashi.com is embarking on an exciting journey expanding across globe. This role will work directly with the Head of Marketing and SEO Manager to rapidly launch our brand into Swedish speaking territories. The successful applicant will have a diverse role which will see them look at PPC, Online P.R and content writing. Beyond the launch phase the role will continue to increase revenue through outreach, content marketing and P.R.
This role is absolutely crucial to the success of our entrepreneurial organisation & mission; to save a nation of proposing men thousands when investing in diamonds for engagement rings or gifting.
Main duties & responsibilities
- Swedish Country Manager – Key areas of responsibility
- Content campaign for “The World of Vashi”: development and production – within budget
- Outreach, Relationships building with influencers
- Reporting
- Weekly performance data download and analysis
- On site content optimisation
- Monthly Performance Analysis
- Traffic and commercial performance analysis
- What is working well / Areas of improvement
- Threats & Opportunities
- Channel performance review
- Maintenance of website performance: deal with WD if bugs are found and changes to the site must be done
- Technical SEO: Back link analysis, 301 mapping, meta data updating, internal linking improvement, regular on site audits
- Competitor monitoring:
- Content audit
- Back Link analysis
- Social media channels: content, management and reporting
Specialist skills, technical knowledge & aptitude
- Fluent Swedish and English language skills
- Proven experience in successfully executing international web site launches.
- Blogging
- Experience in selling in P.R angles to media outlets such as magazines, newspapers and blogs.
- Has a solid working knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO analytics tools such as Majestic.
- Ability to autonomously create Excel reports and use VLOOKUPS or Pivot tables to sort and rank data sets for example.
Highly desirable
- Multilingual
- Has a familiarity with Magento.
Experience
- At least 1 years’ experience in a relevant field such as P.R, link building / SEO, Affiliates or Partnerships.
- The successful candidate could be from in-house or agency background but must have relevant experience looking after ecommerce and/or retail accounts.
