We are so excited to team up with our brand-new UK partner, LOOP, for our annual Crayfish Festival on Thursday, 25 September 2025!
LOOP, who also joined us for our unforgettable Midsommar feast earlier this year, is bringing their fresh energy and flair to one of our most beloved traditions.
This year, we’ll once again be gathering at the stunning Bourne & Hollingsworth in Clerkenwell. With lush greenery draping its interiors and high ceilings that let the evening light pour in, it’s the perfect spot to bid summer farewell in true Swedish style.
For those who haven’t yet experienced it – a Swedish crayfish party (“kräftskiva”) is one of Sweden’s most joyful traditions, dating back over a century. It’s a late-summer celebration of the crayfish season, where friends gather to feast on piles of crayfish, sing snaps songs, share drinks, and laugh well into the night — all while donning the signature crayfish bibs and party hats.
And for us, this isn’t just a one-off — we’ve been hosting crayfish parties for over a decade, making it one of our longest-running and most cherished events in the calendar.
As always, our wonderful hostess, Michaela, will lead the festivities with live music, sing-alongs, and our famous big raffle.

- A refreshing welcome drink served between 6:30 – 7:30pm)
A full, generous, and traditional crayfish feast
Cold snaps served with the meal

To Start (per person)
- Creamy hard-boiled eggs crowned with shrimp
Silky smoked salmon or gravad lax with zesty mustard-dill sauce
Golden Västerbotten cheese pie
Mini skagen toast — rich, white, and irresistibly creamy
A trio of pickled herrings — tangy, savory, and full of flavour
The Main Event
- Crayfish Feast – Served cold, steeped in fragrant dill brine (600 g per person). Sweet, juicy, and the ultimate summer indulgence.
Essential Sides
- Freshly baked bread & crispbread with soft, salted butter
New potatoes tossed with fresh dill (for a heartier start)
Light summer salad with crisp veggies and dill dressing

Coming together as a group? Please buy the tickets together if possible!:)
If you have purchased the tickets separately, please assign ONE person in your group to email us the full names of everyone who wants to sit together and dietary requirements in the same email.
You don’t need to email us if you have bought the tickets together or in pairs.
Single ticket holders will be seated with other single ticket holders 🙂
