We are currently looking for a

Sales & Account Manager for the Swedish Market

at London Office

We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious and client-focused Sales & Account

Manager who is keen to embrace this position managing two of Swedbrand largest accounts. You will build a strong relationship with the clients and managing projects from the beginning to the end. You will anticipate client needs, proactively deliver solutions and be the source of knowledge for your clients at a day-to- day basis.


The Role

  • Ensure the increase of annual revenue
  • Identify potential business opportunities for both clients and Swedbrand
  • Negotiate about the orders quantities and prices; agree sales prices in line with cost price and company margin
  • Pay attention to the sales trends and key sales opportunities
  • Arrange client meetings to discuss existing business and present new developments, overseeing any action points through to completion.
  • Oversee all account activities; ensuring the account is supported throughout all stages of the critical path
  • Deliver an exceptional customer service
  • Supporting existing customers and provide leading customer service and account management
  • Create and manage a portfolio of customers in Europe
  • Create pro-active business relationships with customers
  • Handle sales bids, present offers and negotiate prices, all the way to signing the final contracts
  • Administer online CRM systems
  • Actively present new ideas for developing the European market


Desired Skills and Experience

Some of the personal traits, skills, and qualities we believe are essential for this person to be successful are:

  • Relevant experience preferred, i.e. building up and managing large accounts
  • Experience of working with production is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in English while Swedish at a business level is a plus
  • Strong relationship skills
  • Creative and Solution Minded
  • Independent and methodical approach to work
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential
  • Candidate is required to travel locally as well as in the appointed markets (Sweden and Italy) so that valid driving license is a must
