Hi all sweedes!

Im moving out beginning of june (I can be flexible with moving in date) and needs someone to take over my room.

The house is bright and white and clean and has a nice garden to enjoy during summer.
Location is super central with Wimbledon station 2minutes away.
The house has a large kitchen and lounge room shared with one couple from Australia and another couple from New Zealand, all of them with full time jobs monday to friday.

Wifi and tv for everyone to use.
The room is in all white with a big nice bed and two big closets.

The rent is 734pcm plus 900pounds deposit.
The Lease ends August 14, 2016 but its possible to extend it if needed.

This would be suitable for someone who just moved to London and need somewhere to live for a few months while looking for something else.

It would also be suited for a couple who would want to extend the lease in august which would be possible.

Viewings can be done after 5pm during weekdays and all day during weekends.
