Business Development – Swedish Desk

Role:

We are looking for a driven, high-energy and ambitious Swedish speaking individual to join our Swedish Desk. As an FX Business Developer you will be trained by and work alongside leading industry dealers with finance, sales and business development backgrounds. You will learn about macroeconomics, foreign exchange and other financial products, incorporating this knowledge into your sales techniques in order to find, convert and close leads. This is a great opportunity to develop a career within FX with progression to a senior sales or dealing role.

Key Responsibilities:
– Source new corporate clients with a FX requirement
– Develop a database of leads/prospects segmented by industry sector and FX exposure
– Prepare sales pitches by phone to understand the clients requirements and where required arrange meetings for senior colleagues
– Attend exhibitions, networking events who present the company’s services
– Provide regular feedback on market information and competitors services and rates

Essential skills:
– Swedish language spoken and written to native level
– Recent graduate, with a passion for the Financial Markets and Sales
– Cold calling or telesales experience from any industry
– Up to date with current affairs and basic financial knowledge
– Professional and driven to succeed in a competitive environment

Desired:
– Financial sales experience, (although full training will be provided)
-Experience in Banking, Financial or Insurance environment
Career Progression:
FX Business Developers will be expected to move to a senior sales position with the option to move on to a dealer position where you will deal and manage your own accounts. The speed of progression is solely dependent on performance.
Remuneration:
Competitive; dependant on experience
