Client Services Agent – SWEDISH SPEAKING
This position is a very rare opportunity to work for a very impressive organisation. It is a fortune 500 business, has almost 5,000 employees, has offices worldwide and has won multiple international awards.

This organisation is based in Sheffield and solves the IT needs of
businesses and organisations of all sizes. It supplies anything from competitively priced computers, hardware and software to services ranging from basic configuration to advanced design implementation and financing.

Your role within the organisation will be to work closely with clients whom will be placing orders for IT products, via phone and email. You will also be dealing with post sale queries and issues relating to delivery and stock; liaising closely with distribution centres.

The right candidate for this position will ideally possess detailed product knowledge on hardware, integrated systems, software and other IT consumables such as those shown below, however full training will be given. It would also be advantageous for you to have had some knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (a multi-lingual Customer Relationship Management software package) and eBIS systems, although again training will be given.
You must be fluent Swedish and English speaking and be able to travel to Sheffield for the working hours of 9:00 to 5:30pm
