Trunk Clothiers is a cosy neighbourhood shop featuring collections of the best menswear and accessories from Japan, Italy, the US, Sweden and beyond. Trunk’s aim is to become one of the top destinations in Europe for sharply cut blazers, crisp shirts, elegant knitwear, fresh scents and luggage that never lets you down.

We are now looking for part time sales staff for our shop in London’s Marylebone. The role is primarily sales oriented and will involve developing relationships with customers through working on the shop floor, over the phone and online. Most importantly, you will provide exceptional service levels to ensure that our customers enjoy the best shopping experience possible to build a loyal customer base.

Responsibilities:
– Consistently provide exceptional customer service
– Be an ambassador for the Trunk Clothiers brand
– Give advice to customers
– Develop strong commercial relationships with customers
– Ensure the shop always looks impeccable and welcoming
– Keep customer database updated
– Manage deliveries of new merchandise
– Manage enquiries and sales via phone and online
– Provide thorough after sales service to customers

Skills and Experience:
– Minimum two years of sales experience in menswear clothing environment
– Passionate about giving exceptional customer service with a high dose of enthusiasm
– Have an entrepreneurial spirit
– Able to demonstrate flexibility and innovation in reacting positively to changing work demands
– Enjoys working in a team, being co-operative and supportive to fellow members
– Confident and comfortable in making autonomous decisions when required
– Well-groomed individual with a good understanding of trends, fashion and competition
– Able to demonstrate strong communication skills
– Fluent in English
