Hej, (sorry, resten blir på engelska)
I’m moving out of my lovely little room in Greenwich/Maze Hill and I’m looking for somebody to take over. Greenwich is great for transport (Jubilee line, National Rail and DLR) and amazing in the spring and summer time – you can really enjoy the park, the pubs, the market and all the lovely shops.
The room is light and airy with a river view. It has two big built in/walk in wardrobes, so the storage is more than enough. We have a big living room and newly refurbished bathroom and kitchen. All the floors are wooden and there’s a shared garden.
The other flat mate is a lovely social girl, who works in the city and enjoys fitness.
The landlord needs one reference and 760 as a deposit (which are secured in a deposit scheme – so you will get them back) before you can move in. The rent is 675/month bills included (TV is 18 pounds every 3rd month).
You can move in as soon as the landlord has your reference and deposit as I’ve already moved out.
Please message me and tell me a bit about yourself to arrange a viewing!
    Kim 🙂

    Hej!
