The room:

Single room for single occupancy in the sought after neighborhood of Archway. Located in the borough of Islington, greater London. Our home is modern, warm and benefits from an array of other positive points listed below.

• New build apartment with your share of the space, lounge, large kitchen, shared bathroom & balcony with views onto the horizon.
• Zone 2 travel zone, 20 minutes ride to the west end (the heart) 22 minutes to the old city of London (the business heart) located on the northern line Archway is perfect for travel all around the city.
• Excellent bus links to nearby towns such as Islington high street & Camden town both a 20 min bus ride.
• Close enough to make an escape into the country side on your days off.
• Historic location and one of the higher points in the city, views from the Local Park and bridges, amazing.
• 5 minuets walk to the tube station (Archway)
• Safe neighborhood with local cafes and restaurants around the corner.
• Grocery shops & other services local.

£720 pcm or £200pw

Available for 7 day periods. 2 – 8 weeks maximum.

Rent paid in full on arrival – non refundable for early departure.

More about the flat –

Built 2 years ago the building was designed by space lab architects & designed for city living. There are 24 flats in the building so it’s not a huge block. Our home is heated throughout with under floor heating. Double glazed windows
(triple glazing not required in the UK, its not that cold!) and very well insulated against sound and drafts. The kitchen is modern with the latest appliances (sadly not a dishwasher) washing machine and dryer included.

More about us –

A gay couple together for 4 years with a combined London life experience of 10 years, 24 & 25 years old one Swedish, one English. Both working in Hospitality management, working long and sometimes unsocial hours. When we’re off we enjoy going out for coffee and relaxing at home & try to stay out of the central rush. There is always a bottle of wine open in our house – welcome to England.

About you –

We seek ideally a female applicant to stay with us while you find your feet and your new independent life in the city. You should be employed or seeking immediate employment on your arrival, we may be able to help with this within the hospitality sector. Have a sensible head – party people need not apply.

House rules –

1. Friends or family members sadly will not be permitted to stay or visit while you’re with us.
2. Enjoy the flat as your own and respect it as such.
3. No night time visitors 😉
