Success looks like:

Learning all about our brand(s) and services; mainly sportsbook and casino
Keeping up to date with news, new offers, services or campaigns
Apply your positive energy to all chats and e-mails and seeking to find solutions for customers
Provide feedback to team leader, support team and country managers
Stay on top of the game and give ideas to keep improving the system
Side Tasks:

Translations from English & to the languages you are fluent in
Responsible on keeping the Knowledge base fresh and up to date

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in native written and spoken Swedish
Want to learn more about Sports, Poker & Casino
Familiar with outbound calls to apply phone verifications, offer sales and handling re-activation strategies
Analytical approach towards solving problems
Able to handle shifts including weekends. The weekly sum of “standard” working hours will be 40 on average within a reference period of 17 weeks. You may be asked to work overtime when necessary
Past experience in any service minded role (hospitality or retail for example)
Professional communication skills for phone, emails and chats with clients
Eagerness to learn and contribute with ideas to make continuous improvements
Numerical skills
Nice to have qualifications:

Communicate in one the following languages too; Finnish, Norwegian, Polish or German…We would really like it if you were Bi-lingual and love it if you were tri-lingual 😀
